Probiotics in Cancer

Probiotics are defined as live bacteria that exert beneficial effects for health. Cell line studies, animal models and human studies have shown the therapeutic effects of probiotics in reduction of invasion and metastasis in cancer cells. Probiotics help your immune system to detect and kill cells that can become cancer.
